NSK-Warner (NW) was established in 1964 as a joint venture between NSK
Ltd. and BorgWarner, Inc. of USA.
Both companies possess long histories and great technical prowess, and
play important roles in the development of the automobile industry.
NSK-Warner has - backed by the engineering capabilities and sales power of the parent companies - developed into a company that develops and manufactures its own technologies and products as an automotive automatic transmission parts specialist. We are motivated by our strong sense of mission to contribute to the technical development of the automobile industry.
As the world is changing at an increasingly rapid pace, competitive pressures
are forcing global restructuring and consolidation in the auto industry.
